Burial assistance
Supervision of each burial by a senior staff member who is under our employment. Foot Print Pty Ltd shall, in the presence of a relative or friends of the deceased, and City officials provide bearers for the removal of the coffin from the hearse to the grave side/crematorium and, for the lowering of the coffin to its resting place in the grave.
Convenient burial
All internments and all cremations shall take place preferably on weekdays only between the hours 08:00 and 10:00 this will exclude public holidays. Weekends burials will be treated as exceptions and approved by the Regional Executive Director or his/her nominee appointed for that purpose by the municipality depending on the merits it deserves.
Notify process
We shall provide notifications of destitute persons' burial/cremation with details of the date, time and place of the funeral/cremation service in writing well in advance to the Regional Executive Director or his/her nominee appointed for that purpose by the municipality.
